Hosting – is all the ongoing ancillary technologies and connectivity services your system will need to remain available on the internet. There are many providers to choose from, each with their own advantages, disadvantages, and pricing structures. Melly McKenzie will assist you choose the one that best suits your requirements.
Operational – is the services required to run the new electronic commerce functionality you have introduced to your business on a day to day basis, tracking orders and ensuring they are fulfilled by the physical side of the business, and providing the required management reporting.
Support – is being there to do preventative maintenance on your system and quickly solve problems when things go wrong minimizing the downtime experienced by your online customers.
