Our client is looking for a Senior Technical SAP Specialist. The Engineering and Maintenance team has a strong focus to 24/7 operational support, RTB and BAU initiatives majority to SAP and other Engineering and Maintenance applications. E&M team is the core and heart of Engineering and Maintenance where we support aircraft maintenance and engineers end users, operations, serviceability and airworthiness of the fleet, supply Chain and finance. Key responsibilities:  

• Provide engineering and maintenance systems support, monitoring and alerts
• Managing the service across all engineering and maintenance systems
• Analyse and evaluate existing application systems to identify opportunities for changes and enhancements that promotes reduction of technical debt
• Providing technical solutions to end users
• Maximize the performance of applications and system environments 
• Provide subject matter expertise and technical support to the business to assist in resolving issues, facilitating system improvements and to ensure integration of application developments across the business
• 24/7 on call roster and SME for E&M digital app and dev team.

The location of the role is in Auckland.
