Our client is looking for a Platform Product Owner. In this exciting role you will be at the forefront of driving the organisation’s technology transformation and their technology product management discipline by building products that differentiate them from their competition. You will use your experience and knowledge to help provision the patterns and tooling that make modern engineering practices possible.  

The ideal candidate is someone who understands how engineers work, who can empathise with their problems, and above all who can translate what they ask for into what they really need. About you:

• Absolute focus on the outcomes for your customers – building the right things & understanding the “why” for customers 
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams to tackle hard problems and take a long view 
• Willingness to tackle non-technical organisational blockers, e.g. policy modernisation 
• An eagerness both to work within and to support a diverse and inclusive environment  
• Experience with Cloud technologies.

The location of the role is in Wellington.
