Our client is looking for a Technical Team Lead. You will be leading complex software development projects, delivering new products and features for release and supporting existing customers. A good attitude, problem-solving capability as well as strong communication, enthusiasm and energy will be essential for you to be successful in this role. What your day will look like:

• Plan, execute, monitor and successfully deliver software development projects
• Contribute to defining the product strategy
• Continually improve our Agile development processes and implement best practice in software development
• Managing your team, providing clear goals and context.
• Create personal development plans, recruit, and manage overall performance of team.

The location of the role is in Sydney.
