Our client is looking for a Business Analyst. You will drive strategic planning and operational processes across global teams, including performance management, budget and headcount, competitive intelligence and strategic internal consulting projects. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with key partners in Finance and Sales, as well as being an advisor to marketing leadership. Responsibilities:

• Help define the vision, strategy and operating model for delivering a unified and magical user experience to small businesses
• Measure and report on quarterly goals as well as key growth metrics across product areas, diagnosing bottlenecks and developing action plans as needed
• Deliver on special projects and “deep dives” (e.g., identifying efficiencies for how we are leveraging our owned and operated properties)
• Drive the biannual planning process, liaising with Strategy and Operations counterparts across Marketing.

The location of the role is in Fort Worth.
