Our client is looking for a Systems Analyst. Reporting to the IT Manager, the Systems Analyst is responsible for designing, analysing, implementing, and maintaining efficient IT systems for AMS Group and its clients.

This role will focus on developing an understanding of the technology needs of the business and implementing projects for critical improvements to maintain high level performance and security. Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate, identify, design, and implement server, network, cloud, and related technologies to support the delivery of products and services to internal and external stakeholders
• Participate and lead in project work, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, reporting to IT Manager with regular updates on project status
• Monitor and manage availability and capacity levels of IT Services and take appropriate and accurate action to ensure system reliability and security
• Analyse, diagnose, and resolve issues related to IT infrastructure and systems
• Manage technical support requests and daily administration of IT Services in an efficient and professional manner
• High level communication with clients and represent AMS Group in a professional manner.
• Communicate complex ideas to support continuous improvement of systems.

The location of the role is in Sydney.
