Our client is looking for a Support Analyst. Areas of accountability include:

• Support for IT Payments Systems and Services
• Supporting QA and Implementation teams
• Management of Incident, Problem and Change activities assigned to the IT Payments Payments Platforms
• Management of IT Payments Payments Platforms forward schedule of events to ensure BAU, application security patching and Project activities are delivered on time
• Provides Subject Matter Expertise to Projects and Development teams on design and end state solutions
• Provides Subject Matter Expertise on User Acceptance testing for new or changed services supported by the team
• Supports and provides resources to Project Handover activities to support teams
• Potentially form part of a 24×7 on call roster as Primary or Secondary support.

The location of the role is in Sydney.
