Our client is looking for a Software Engineer. They are a global and distributed company, so you will also collaborate with teams across our other U.S. and worldwide studios. As a QA Manager you will work with many teams to make sure they have coverage on every feature and package they ship, as well as interact with customers using these special builds. Shipping is a complex and daunting task, so you must be comfortable with dealing with complexity and ambiguity. Responsibilities:

• Work with the director and leads of teams
• Create and improve processes inside the teams
• Work with release managers to improve and define release criteria and reporting
• Be part of the Quality management team
• Help drive talent improvement as part of the management team
• Own and track budgets for your group.

The location of the role is in Fort Worth.
