Our client is looking for an IT Manager. The role is responsible for the ongoing management of all IT, technology and network resources. Responsibilities:

• Managing internal company development projects, and software implementation 
• Procurement, set-up and ongoing management of all IT hardware and network resources
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues on all company hardware and software
• Management of software, including set-up and ongoing management of user accounts
• Be the first point of contact for all IT related matters for the company
• Overseeing operation, troubleshooting and monitoring of company’s multi-site CCTV system and its network devices
• Management reporting
• Research technological strategic solutions, evaluating trends and how they may improve company effectiveness and efficiency, and help achieve company objectives
• Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
• Provide input to budget and forecasting processes, as pertains to projected technology expenditure 
• Analyse business needs presented by the company / users and recommend technical solutions with the completion timeline.

The location of the role is in Sydney.
