Our client is looking for a Lead Business Analyst. Reporting to the General Manager of Operational and Corporate Products this role is responsible for the line management of business analysts as well as establishing company-wide frameworks and ensuring consistency in how business analyst work is delivered across digital. Key roles and responsibilities: 

• Working with the product & application teams to understand business requirements for business analysis support
• Coordinating Business Analysis capability and capacity to meet the needs of the experience teams, where appropriate, providing that capability
• Support the creation and implementation of business analysis frameworks, tools and templates to ensure consistent high-performance standard across Business Analysts
• Line managing business analysts bringing both a coaching style and clear performance expectations to support our Business Analysts
• Participate as a Senior leader on our Experience teams, support in leadership and change initiatives as and when required.

The location of the role is in Auckland.
