Our client is looking for a Test Analyst. Their Customer Experience team in Information Services is looking for Test Analyst with experience in SAP systems, Sitecore and CMS platforms. You will be testing scripts, documenting and updating solution outcomes on Confluence. Additionally, you will be:

• Developing and executing test cases to verify product functionality, as per product specifications
• Participating in requirements reviews, developing a thorough knowledge of the Gallagher business and its customers, including key people and their roles and requirements
• Helping with the Jira service desk tickets and update those efficiently and quickly
• Firm grasp on complex pricing engine in ERP or similar.
• Experience with both web and application testing
• Experience with test automation.
• Working with Windows and Linux operating systems, SQL database.
• Efficient communications with both internal and external partners.

The location of the role is in Hamilton.
