Our client is looking for a Development Manager.This role requires leading complex software development projects, delivering new products and features for release and supporting existing customers. You also have an opportunity to manage a diverse small team of software engineers and QA analysts. Your day will look like:

• Plan, execute, monitor and successfully deliver software development projects
• Contribute to defining the product strategy
• Continually improve our Agile development processes and implement best practice in software development
• Managing your team, providing clear goals and context.
• Create personal development plans, recruit, and manage overall performance of team.

The location of the role is in Palmerston North.
