Our client is looking for a Systems Administrator. You will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration and secure operations across network, servers, storage, virtualisation, cloud technologies, business systems and desktop systems. As one of three Systems Administrators in the team, you will also provide operational support and act as the escalation point to the Service Desk support team.

The Systems Admin team are responsible for ensuring the delivery of maximum system availability to the business. This includes the resolution of system faults, the delivery of a BAU service, performing systems upgrades and implementations and identifying stability and performance improvements.

The Systems Administrators also perform ongoing administrative tasks, such as systems monitoring, IT assets management, internal reporting and IT audits while adhering to and enforcing organisational policies and procedures.

You will have experience within the following technical environment:

• Windows Server experience with AD, O365
• VMware virtualisation
• Cisco Meraki, AnyConnect, Firepower

The location of the role is in Sydney.
